Boxing training offers many benefits including improved cardiovascular health, increased strength and endurance, and improved coordination and balance.
1KING1CROWN offers a variety of training programs, including group classes, personal training sessions, and specialized programs for youth and women.
We recommend wearing comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes. You may also want to bring hand wraps and boxing gloves.
No experience is needed. All classes are beginner-friendly.
All sessions must be booked online using the buttons throughout the site.
We train kids 6-12, teens, and adults.
1. GENERAL AGREEMENT

By participating in training sessions, you grant permission for 1KING1CROWN Boxing to use photos or videos taken during sessions for promotional and marketing purposes.

By booking and participating, you acknowledge that training involves physical activity and inherent risks. You voluntarily assume all risks and agree to release 1KING1CROWN Boxing, its coaches, and staff from any liability for injuries or damages.
